What is included in the price of each grazing table?
All prices include set up, styling, florals, platters, serving utensils, biodegradable plates and cutlery.
Is a table supplied?
We require you to provide a table. It needs to be in a cool area, our of direct sunlight.
Can you cater for dietaries and allergies?
It is possible for us to create grazing tables that accommodate a variety of intolerances and allergies. We require at least 10 days notice to accommodate these requests.
We take great care to ensure there is no cross contamination between foods, however platters and grazing table produce is prepared in the same premises which handles nuts, gluten and lactose products.
We can accommodate for allergies by making seperate, smaller platters to cater for a few guests or we can make a whole table suitable for the requested allergies or intolerances.
If you have guests who have allergies or intolerances, it is important to let them know that we can not guarantee an allergen free environment. We are always happy to speak with guests regarding our products and services.
Can we choose which produce we have on our table?
We can accommodate any food requests you have as long as sufficient notice is given. Prices may vary due to what Produce is chosen.
How long can food be left out for?
For hampers, if they are refrigerated within 2 hours of recieving they may be consumed at a later time, otherwise after 4 hours leftovers must be discarded.
For tables, all food must be consumed within a 4 hour period. After 4 hours all food is to be discarded.
What meats and cheese do you usually use on a table?
Soft cheese : Brillat Savarin
Hard cheese: Vintage cheddar
Blue cheese: Milawa blue
Cured meat: Prosciutto, bresaola, salami

How much notice do you need to book an event?
A minimum of 10 days is required for hampers and tables.
What is included in each hamper?
Individual: wedge of cheese, one meat, one dip
Small hamper: one meat, one cheese (usually soft), one dip
Medium hamper: two meats, two cheeses, one dip
Large: two meats, three cheeses, two dips
All come with accompanied crackers, olives, dried fruit, nuts & chocolate
Do you use any local products?
We try to source quality Australian Produce. These include Castlemaine Kitchen Dips – Castlemaine VIC, Milawa Cheese Company – Milawa VIC, Toolunka Creek Olives – Adelaide Plains SA, Barfold Olives – Barfold VIC, Warrnambool Cheese & Butter Company – Allansford VIC, Borgo Salumi – Holland Park QLD
Do you charge a travel fee?
Under 30km from Doncaster,Vic – no travel fee

Are your cheeses vegetarian?
Our Milawa blue and Warrnambool black wax vintage cheddar both use non animal rennet which means they are suitable for vegetarians. Other options are possible subject to availability.
Does someone stay to maintain the grazing table?
Due to the nature of grazing tables, we set up each table and then leave it in your capable hands. If you would like staff present, please mention this and we will quote accordingly.
How long does it take to set up each grazing table?
Depending on what size table you have it will take between 1.5-3 hours.
