Classic Bircher Muesli


1 cup Rusticate Bircher Muesli
1 cup of either Juice, Milk or Milk Alternative
Fresh Fruit
1 Tablespoon Greek Yoghurt
Drizzle of Honey
Small Handful of Nuts and Seeds

    Bircher muesli


    1. Place your desired amount of Rusticate Bircher Muesli in a bowl or container.
    2. Pour over your chosen liquid such as juice, milk or milk alternative. We like to use half apple juice and half water.
    3. Cover and place in fridge to soak for 1 hour or overnight.
    4. Add your desired toppings. Our Favourite is a tablespoon of greek yoghurt, fresh seasonal fruit and a drizzle of honey.
