Classic Bircher Muesli
1 cup Rusticate Bircher Muesli
1 cup of either Juice, Milk or Milk Alternative
1 Tablespoon Greek Yoghurt
Drizzle of Honey
Small Handful of Nuts and Seeds
- Place your desired amount of Rusticate Bircher Muesli in a bowl or container.
- Pour over your chosen liquid such as juice, milk or milk alternative. We like to use half apple juice and half water.
- Cover and place in fridge to soak for 1 hour or overnight.
- Add your desired toppings. Our Favourite is a tablespoon of greek yoghurt, fresh seasonal fruit and a drizzle of honey.
